1. About nobility.now

nobility.now is a youth fundraising platform that enables young people to raise funds for mission trips and noble causes, with required parental approval and oversight. All campaigns require a verified parent or guardian who receives donations directly through Stripe.

2. SMS Messaging Program

    Program name: nobility.now Noble Alerts

    Description: SMS notifications for campaign launches, donation confirmations, and mission follow-up reports

    Message frequency: Varies by campaign activity. Typically 1–5 messages per campaign

    Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply

    Support: Text HELP for help. Text STOP to unsubscribe

    Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately

By providing your phone number on nobility.now, you consent to receive SMS messages related to campaigns you have supported or opted into. We use Twilio to deliver messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

3. Campaign Creator Terms

Campaign creators ("Noble Causers") agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about their mission and how funds will be used
Obtain parent or guardian approval before any campaign goes live
Only send Noble Alerts to people who have given consent to be contacted
Submit a mission follow-up report to donors after completing their trip
Use raised funds solely for the stated mission purpose

4. Parent / Guardian Terms

By approving a campaign, parents and guardians agree to:

Verify their identity through Stripe's identity verification process
Link a valid bank account to receive donations on behalf of their child
Take responsibility for ensuring funds are used for the stated mission
Monitor campaign activity and donor communications

5. Donor Terms

Donors acknowledge that:

Donations are processed securely through Stripe
Donations go directly to the verified parent/guardian bank account
nobility.now charges a 2.6% platform fee plus Stripe's processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30
Donors may optionally cover fees so 100% of their intended gift reaches the campaign
Donations are generally non-refundable once processed

6. Prohibited Content

Campaigns may not promote or fund:

Illegal activities of any kind
Political campaigns or candidates
Content that is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
Any cause that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Platform Fees

nobility.now charges a 2.6% platform fee on all donations. Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Donors are offered the option to cover these fees. Platform fees may be waived by nobility.now on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

nobility.now is a platform that facilitates fundraising. We are not responsible for how funds are used by campaign creators or parents. We do not guarantee that any campaign will reach its funding goal.
